Free Excel guest list template for parties and events

Here you will find a pre-formatted Guest List template in Excel. This Excel file is ready for import to any event on Eventor.app

In case you modify this template please keep in mind that these columns are mandatory:

A few other fields worth mentioning:

Email address - Email address of the guest. You may leave this field blank if you do not have it
Total extras - the number of total extra guests, wife, partner kids etc.
VIP - TRUE marks this guest as a VIP
Status - all guests with status Attending will be visible in the App, all other statuses will be hidden !
