Account termination

If you would like to terminate your account and remove all associated data from our servers you will need to download our iOS or Android App login with the account you want to cancel. Go to the User profile section and hit Delete account button (see screenshot for iOS below).

Your account is closed immediately and everything tied to it is then permanently erased within 48 hours: your events and their guests, check-in history, statistics, devices, and your place on any team you were part of. The 48 hours exist so that an account deleted by accident can still be recovered — after that nothing remains to recover.
